Missha Perfect Cover BB Cream

Missha Perfect Cover BB Cream

Today I want to talk about a product I received from Notino - it's the famous Missha M Perfect Cover BB Cream

I must say that I've only tried one other product from Missha. It was a Compact BB cream and it was okay. Mostly suitable for dry skin which mine isn't. But the packaging was spot on.

Anyway, I received the BB cream and I was hoping it would work for me as I have ordered a full size a day or so before. Let's see how it worked for me.

Missha Perfect Cover BB Cream

  • The Missha M Perfect Cover BB cream moisturizes, skin, evens tone and leaves your face naturally beautiful.
I got the small size which is priced at about £6.90/7.40€. You get 20ml of product for that price.
It doesn't sound like much, but since you don't really need much to cover your face, it should last for at least 2-3 months of daily use.

If you're looking for a full-size product (once you know that you'll love it *definitely not talking about myself who bought it full sized before even trying it*) you'll have to spend up to £16.90/20€

The design is well, classic Missha. It's red, sleek and works well. It doesn't attract dirt easily and it's easy to clean. The cream is easy to squeeze out as the tube has a sleek and thin opening.

I use about 2 fingers of the Missha M Perfect Cover BB Cream for my whole face and I think I'm a bit overdoing it. I could probably go with less, but I want to get the full SPF coverage for my lazy days when I don't want to pair it with my heavy sunscreen.

Once I apply it on the skin it does look a tad grey-ish for a second or two, but after I spread it evenly (at least I think I do so!) it matches my skin tone

Pros:

+ Good coverage (medium-full)
+ has a light, pleasant scent
+ long lasting (seriously!)
+ comes in 3 shades
+ feels light on my skin
+ works for all skin types
+ budget friendly
+ sleek design

Cons:

- the bigger size is pretty expensive
- double package - it comes in a box. That makes it feel luxurious but it's not really environmentally friendly.

How it worked for me?

I have pretty long days during the week - I wake up early, get my kid to school, then go to work where I work in a hot place doing lots of walking around, cleaning, bringing stuff and so on. There are few foundations and even less BB creams that survive that sort of work environment. But luckily the Missha M Perfect Cover BB Cream does exactly that. It stays put even if I get a tad shiny (nothing a bit of blotting won't fix). That means that at the end of the day I still have my makeup on.

Overall:

I am especially happy that it has nice coverage. I was worried that it may be too light for me, as I have quite a bit of redness and some small PIH patches on my skin. But luckily it covers everything.
All I have to do is to add a bit of setting powder (I always do that, so that's nothing out of the ordinary) and I'm ready to go. It's easy. I don't even need a brush or a beauty blender. Just my hands.
That comes handy when I have less than 10 minutes to do my whole makeup.
Overall I'm really impressed with this BB cream. It works really well for me!

Have you tried it yet? What do you think?
