It's been a while since I talked about sexual wellbeing on this blog. And it's been even a longer time since I talked about adult toys.
I remember it being a couple of months ago when I thought "I really want to write a fun toy review, I really want to talk about that".
So when Notino started carrying adult toys, I felt that this was the time for me to make this wish come true.
I remember when a year or so ago a cosmetic store came with a "wellbeing" part of their store where they started selling intimate toys. I found it interesting but after a while, it just made sense to me.
I mean, as we learn to take care of our bodies and minds, we also need to learn how to take care of our other types of needs. Needs that are part of our overall health and wellbeing. One of them is sexual wellness.
That's why I salute the new category on the Notino site. If you're curious you can find it under Body/Sexual wellness (or "erotika" for our Slovenian readers).
Satisfyer Endless Fun
For my review, I picked up an interesting toy named Endless Fun by Satisfyer. It looked really interesting and something completely different from all the currently popular models of toys.
But there's a lot to chose from in the vibrators and stimulators category.
I totally get why there's a trend with suction toys (they are awesome), but honestly, I wanted to try something new. And new it is - it promises it can be used in 33 different ways. And that is a lot.
The Satisfyer Endless Fun offers you more than 33 exciting applications - whether alone or as a couple, this jewel does it all. Inside the curved body are 3 powerful vibration motors that will transport your body into breathtaking ecstasy. The first motor is located at the lower end of the voluminous shaft, which can also be inserted. And there is one motor on each of the movable arms of this pleaser. You can choose between 10 exciting vibration levels, which you can adjust separately in both arms. That allows for 100 different vibration combinations that will open up unbelievable variety in your love play. The head of the Satisfyer Endless Fun can also be rotated by 180 degrees so you can use it in any position.
The box can be used multiple times - once you remove the safety seal (more like a paper line), you can still nicely close the box as the end has a small magnet on it.
The Satisfyer Endless Fun looks like some sort of wand. Or maybe like the end of a chicken "wish" bone. I don't know, but I do know it stands out.
It's made of silicone, the head is softer than the shaft of the wand.
Silicone is a great material for adult toys as it's easy to use and clean and it won't give you any irritation or infection (the market of sex toys is severely unregulated so whacky materials can be found in stores).
That's why when you're buying such toys you should be aiming to get something made from medical grade silicone, some glass blends (borosilicate or lucite), ABS plastic or stainless steel.
The presentation once you open the box is great - everything looks nice and clean. It's also easy to see all the parts and on the left side of the packaging, there are several drawings of ways to use it.
Pictorials are awesome! Maybe you're just in the moment and don't know how to use it? Open the box and check all the pictures and why not, try them all!
You can try it solo (either you're a woman or a man) or as a couple. There's something for everyone.
The charging is simple and luckily all you need is a USB port or a charging plug. It takes about 3 hours for the first charge. The charge does last for up to 2 hours of continuous use.
- 180-degree rotatable head
- Fun for singles and partners
- 100 vibration combinations
- 3 high-powered motors
- More than 29 possible applications
- Including USB magnetic charging cable
- Waterproof (IPX7)
- Body-friendly silicone
- Easy to clean
- Lithium-ion battery
The Endless Fun does have a particular thing about it - the head turns 180 degrees. That way there are some spots you can easily reach.
Also, both parts vibrate - the head and the shaft. Both have their own button to turn it on / change speed or pattern / turn off.
This means that you can have them both vibrating at the same time or just one, or maybe none. Whichever you prefer.
The vibrations feel rumbly to me. The feeling is stronger on the shaft where it has 2 vibration motors.
PROS:
+ inexpensive (about 30€)
+ made from a mix of ABS plastic and silicone (both are body-safe)
+ the head turns 180 degrees
+ can be used as part of partner play or solo
+ has an interesting design
+ the box it comes in can be used as a storage box
+ has all the uses drawn on the box
CONS:
- the learning curve can be steep as it's such a unique toy
OVERALL:
I like the idea of this toy - it's unique, inexpensive and pleasing to the eye.
It has several different uses and I love that it can be used with a partner or alone. I tried it both and even if it was fun in both ways, I preferred it as a couple toy. But that's only because there are so many options that I don't feel like I tried them all. I also haven't yet found what exactly gets me going with it, as it's so different from my preferred type of toy (the suction ones are great as I said). But that's also the reason I got it - to try something new and to teach my body to respond to different types of sensations. :)
Maybe for some people, it will be different and they will know right away that they found "the toy". While for me it's a learning curve (and that's the way with all my toys) but I feel hopeful that in a couple of months I will be able to say that this is an extremely fun toy for me. For now, it's just fun and really interesting.
