When I saw that Catrice came out in their latest Limited Edition with a product that has a very controversial name (Epic Sex-Proof Lip Ink) I had to try it.
Maybe the name isn't something to ponder about in the beauty world, but for a beauty brand that chose very clean names so far, it's pretty special.
So, does it last the claim the name implies?

I love the design. It's clean, it's chic and it was water droplets all over the lip ink cap.
The lip ink comes in two colors - 010 AdREDnaline and 020 Heatwave.
I got the one in the color 02 which is a warm orange.

The ink applies like a wet gel but once it's dry it just won't budge. That's on a hand swatch.
My swatch lasted me for two whole days and I washed my hands several times!
The application is simple. With the doe foot applicator apply it all over your lips. It's easy peasy and there's no need for a brush as the applicator is precise and small.
The amount you get on the applicator is enough for your whole lips.
The result is a vibrant wet look that lasts through the day.
I can't say if it lasts intercourse but I can say it doesn't survive eating.
As the color is pretty bold, I like to top mine with the Fyrianne lip lustre in Romantique. It seals everything and because of that, it lasts even longer.
Both swatched. I really like the combination of both colors. The Fyrinnae lip lustre is easy to wash off with just plain warm water as the Catrice Lip Ink is a stubborn little fellow and needs oil for that.
On the lips. The combination makes them look magic.

This is a great lip ink. I only wish it would come in more colours as I can say that I'll wear a lot of it during the warmer months. I especially like how well it works in combination with the dryer Lip Lustre from Fyrinnae. I feel that this way it lasts a whole lot longer.
