Quick Tip: Easy Peasy Smooth Skin!

Hello, everyone!

Today I have a very quick tip for you all. You know how we all want smooth skin all year long? Well, I have a tip that might help you (I know it helped me!).

It's called Dry Body Brushing! It helps increase the circulation in your body, so it also helps with cellulite. Plus the best thing is you can do it at home and with little the brush you have at home. Great, no?

How do we do it?
I do it daily (well sometimes I'm lazy or I forget, whoops) with a Peeling glove. 3-4 a week I use my regular (rougher!) brush that has boar hair bristles (I bought it more than 7 years ago).

First I take the peeling glove/brush and start scrubbing in the following motion (be careful not to scratch yourself!):

Then I apply my body lotion. I have to do that because my legs get really dry during winters. I know you are supposed to do it before you go under the shower (because you remove all the dead parts of your skin), but mostly I'm in a hurry and I cannot walk around with dry legs (it's just the part under the knees).

Will you need a brush right? Well wrong, you can also use a loofah, peeling glove, a brush with soft bristles, anything that is made for anti-cellulite treatments (brushes).

One of the sites says it will take 5 months + for you to see the results. Well, I can say I saw mine in a month. But that's because my lymph gets stuck at my tights and body brushing really improved that.
