SEPTUM PIERCINGS FOR ALL OCCASIONS

SEPTUM PIERCINGS FOR ALL OCCASIONS

When people realize I have my septum pierced they ask me why I don't wear it turned out? Why do I keep hiding it?

Well, truth to be told, I did wear it outside and I got so many judgmental looks for it that I decided that if people are gonna judge me for being me, then to hell with them. Now it's my little secret and I do try to have as much fun with it as I can.

I have a lot of fun with my septum piercings and thus I was really happy when I was asked to try some from the Wholesale Body Jewelery site I talked about last time

I got 6 different styles of septum piercings (one was meant for my daith but I repurposed it).
Let's see how they look on me and what do I think of them.

SEPTUM PIERCINGS FOR ALL OCCASIONS

A septum piercing can be very versatile as you can hide it (with a retainer or a horseshoe barbell turned upside down) or show it off as much as you want to.

I still prefer clickers as they are the easiest to put in and there are fewer chances of losing small balls and bits.

GOLD SEPTUM CLICKER

I received two of these bulky looking septum clickers. One was silver and the other was gold. I lost the silver when it went flying in a corner in my room while I was trying to put it on. Oops!
I still had the gold and decided to have a bit of fun with it. The clicker bar is still only 1,2mm thick so I had no problem wearing it. But due to its bulkiness, it was a bit on the heavier side.

GOLD SEPTUM CLICKER

At first, I didn't like it but later I realized that I did pretty much look super good with it! I guess I should try wearing more gold jewellery? I mean, I do have a neutral skin undertone so both gold and silver should look good on me, but damn. That gold speaks to me!

TRIBAL SEPTUM CLICKER

I'm calling it tribal but I am not sure how it's really called. This one is a very lightweight clicker that is also very bright silver. I am not sure exactly what it is made of but I know it is a lot brighter than my other silver and titanium jewellery.

TRIBAL SEPTUM CLICKER

I did enjoy wearing it tho it was a bit too large for my face. I usually wear clickers that are from 8-10mm long (diameter). I think it would look so good on someone that needs this sort of sized jewellery.

TRIBAL HEARTS SEPTUM CLICKER

This one was one of those clickers where I say "yes!!". I don't have any clickers that would have hearts in them, so this was something new for me.

TRIBAL HEARTS SEPTUM CLICKER

It's a fun, lightweight clicker that I enjoyed wearing. It fits me well and I didn't mind the extra bling. I mean, I'm always up for some sparkling goods.

SILVER RING SEPTUM CLICKER

This is one of those clickers that reminded me of bulls. And that's only because it's so big on me.
I usually love wearing dainty ring clickers as they fit me really good (this one does too), but I felt it's a bit too big for my face.

SILVER RING SEPTUM CLICKER

I prefer close fitted (close to my nose) rings, but it looks so good on photos!
I'd like to have it a smaller size and in a light silver and golden version. I mean classic rings are practically timeless!

OPAL LEAF SEPTUM CLICKER

This clicker is very special. The silver it's made of is bright and the opal is my favourite kind - white. Sadly it's a bit big on me but I wonder if I could repurpose it in my daith? I'll try that too.

OPAL LEAF SEPTUM CLICKER

White opals are totally my kind of jam and I'd love to have more septum piercings with them. This one is so bright it's hard to capture on photos. But it looks really good in person.

BLUE GEM CLICKER

Okay, this one was a repurposed daith piercing. Repurposed because the gems are a tad bulky (as in set in a thick sort of gem holder) and they were annoying in my daith - I couldn't sleep with it.
But for my septum, it's totally fine.

BLUE GEM SEPTUM CLICKER

Sadly the gems aren't properly set in the holder (?) and they look a bit off. I mean it doesn't show in real life especially while I'm wearing it but I do think that would pose a problem in the long run as the gems will fall out.
But if it's not opals, I'm all for sparkly stuff in my piercings. The shinier, the better!

BLUE GEM SEPTUM CLICKER on girl

I had a bunch of fun trying the piercings and taking the photos above.
Most of the piercings I got are OK and I had no problem with them. There was only one dud from my first package from them (which sadly wasn't checked) - the second package was perfect and I can't wait to show you more piercings from them!

Let me know in the comments what do you think of them.

*I received the products from the PR of the company. My opinions are always honest.
