NOTD: Essie Neon 09 - Flirty Fuchsia

Remember when I said that the neons were thich and very pigmented? Well this one isn't. It's quite sheer and two layers are not an option but a must! It also didn't dry into a completely matte finish! I also wanted to use another top coat (essence 30s topcoat), which didn't work for me since I got small bubbles all over the nail! So I had to use Essie Good To Go, which is a small miracle in a bottle because all the bubbles disappeard! natural light: natural light 2: Sun: Shadow with a bit of light: I love it! :D
